UPDATE:  Recording of Public Forum #1:  Community Goal Setting available on Mint Hill Comprehensive Plan website.

The Town of Mint Hill is in the process of updating their Comprehensive Community Plan.  Earlier this year, stakeholders were appointed to the Project Advisory Committee (PAC).  This plan will create a shared vision for growth in the community. 

Through planning and processes, the Town will evaluate their land uses, local economy, transportation, utilities, recreation, resource conservation, and community health.  The Town of Mint Hill will also be setting goals for the future and establish a path forward, while protecting what the community values, leveraging assets for positive economic growth, seizing opportunities while addressing challenges. 

The project is currently in Phase One – Discovery.  Phase One focuses on the assessment of existing land uses and infrastructure conditions and identification of key planning issues affecting the community.  Residents and businesses of the Town of Mint Hill are invited to participate in our Community Survey.

The first Virtual Public Forum is scheduled for Thursday, March 18^th from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. and Town leaders are asking for your input.  Please plan on participating in the interactive public meeting and provide recommendations for the Mint Hill Comprehensive Plan. Pre-registration is required for this event.
