The Town of Mint Hill owns, operates and maintains the Park on Wilgrove located at 7750 Jim Harper Lane and the Mint Hill Veterans Memorial Park located at 8850 Fairview Road. The parks are open to the public seven days a week. The facilities include athletic fields, tennis and beach volleyball courts, playgrounds, walking trails, and disc golf. Both parks maintain athletic fields for organized and free-play sports, facilities for residents to engage in physical activities and serve as host site for family friendly events.
Each park has one shelter that is available for reservations. Other shelters are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
No outside food or food trucks allowed. Please read the Town of Mint Hill Parks Regulations before booking a shelter reservation.
Fees for Shelter Rentals are as follows: Town Resident $12.50 per hour; Non-Resident $25.00 per hour (2 hour minimum and 8 hour maximum). You must provide proof of residency.

Once it has been reviewed and approved by Town staff, you will receive a confirmation email with information about how to submit payment.
YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED AT TOWN HALL. IN ORDER FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE APPROVED, PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 48 HOURS.
