Administration
- Administers all municipal affairs placed in his charge by the Board of Commissioners
- Assures all laws of the state, Town charter, and local ordinances, resolutions, and regulations of the Board of Commissioners are faithfully executed
- Directs / supervises administration of all departments offices and agencies of Town government
- Makes recommendations on any measures to Board of Commissioners
- Serves as Chief Administrator of the Town
- Serves as Finance Officer and prepares annual budget and capital program
- Serves as Personnel Officer
