Beginning July 1, 2013, the Mint Hill Police Department will contract with Pineville Police Department for dispatch services. The service will include any calls for police from the general public, residential and business. All 9-1-1 calls will be answered by the Pineville Police Department and calls for Fire and/or Medic will be forwarded to the correct center for dispatch.
For any residents who currently have home security/alarm systems, please contact your company to provide the new dispatch number for Alarm Calls. On your behalf, most major alarm companies were sent the new information, but it is recommended that you contact your own company to ensure they have the correct number. The new number for alarm companies is 704-889-0101.
