Application: Please fill out our online sign permit application via JotForm. Alternatively, you can submit a paper application but processing may be slowed. Permits are issued via email, however, we can provide paper copies by request.
Fee: $115.00 per sign (even if you submit multiple signs on one application) The fee can be paid via a mailed check made out to the Town of Mint Hill or in-person at Town Hall via cash, check, or credit card. No permit will be issued until payment is received in full.
Sign Ordinance: Please refer to Section 6.5 of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) for the Town's sign requirements.
