Public Hearing Instructions
OPTION 1: SUBMIT PUBLIC HEARING COMMENTS ONLINE Written Public Hearing Comments must be submitted by 5:00 pm on the day of the meeting to be read into the public record at the meeting that evening. Anonymous comments are not allowed. Comments must be pertinent to a public hearing agenda item. Comments are expected to be civil and within reasonable standards of courtesy. Comments that include vulgarity, slander, name calling, personal attacks or threats will not be read into the public record.
