Brian Welch / Town ManagerBorn and raised in North Carolina, Brian was hired In 2007 as Town Manager.

As Town Manager, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the town and is responsible for overseeing its day-to-day operations.  In addition to managing all town departments including Police, Fire, Public Works,  and implementing board policy, he is responsible for preparing the annual operating budget for the town. 

Brian has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina and a Masters of Public Administration from Appalachian State University.

He and his wife and four children reside in Mint Hill.
