Mint Hill, NC

Project Advisory Committee (PAC)

The Town of Mint Hill is in the process of updating their Comprehensive Community Plan.  Earlier this year, stakeholders were appointed to the Project Advisory Committee (PAC).  This plan will create a shared vision for growth in the community.

Through planning and processes, the Town will evaluate their land uses, local economy, transportation, utilities, recreation, resource conservation, and community health.  The Town of Mint Hill will also be setting goals for the future and establish a path forward, while protecting what the community values, leveraging assets for positive economic growth, seizing opportunities while addressing challenges.

The project is currently in Phase One – Discovery.  Phase One focuses on the assessment of existing land uses and infrastructure conditions and identification of key planning issues affecting the community.

The consultant will rely on the Project Advisory Committee (PAC) for important feedback throughout the process, particularly as the recommendations and implementation strategies are formulated.
