Active Cases are organized by case type and case number.  For every Active Case there is a corresponding folder in the Document Center that holds all of the pertinent applications, maps, photos, reports and exhibits.

The Active Case Map will also give you a visual depiction of what kind of development is happening in Mint Hill.

The following list of prefixes will give you an indication of application type:

CUD = Conditional Use District

CUP = Conditional Use Permit

MC = Minor Change to an Approved Plan

S = Major Subdivision

SS = Minor Subdivision

SP = Special Use Permit

ZC = Zoning Map (Rezoning) or 
        Zoning Text Amendment
