YES. Fairview Shelter #3 can be reserved. You will need to turn in a completed Shelter Reservation Form and pay the applicable fee at Town Hall. Forms & Fees

3. Are there any Soccer Fields at Fairview Park?

YES. There are two fields designated as Upper and Lower. The fields can be reserved Monday through Saturday. Forms & Fees

4. Can I reserve the Softball Field?

NO. The Fairview Softball Field is not reservable.
The Wilgrove Softball Field can be reserved. Forms & Fees

5. Can I play Tennis at Fairview Park?

YES. Fairview Park has 6 Tennis Courts that can be reserved. Forms & Fees

6. Can I play Disc Golf at Fairview Park?

YES. Fairview Park has a 9 hole Disc Golf course. The Disc Golf course cannot be reserved. Forms & Fees

7. Can I play Volleyball at Fairview Park?

YES. Volleyball courts cannot be reserved. Forms & Fees

Police

1. Can the police check my house while I am on vacation?

Yes. Please print and fill out a Keep Check Form and turn it in to the Police Department. Download form

2. Can a golf cart be operated on the roads in the Town of Mint Hill?

Golf carts CANNOT be operated on any Town, County or State maintained road in North Carolina unless the driver/operator has a valid driver license, and the vehicle is properly equipped with turn signals; properly working brakes, headlights and taillights; been inspected and sticker attached thereon; and covered with proper financial responsibility/insurance. Golf carts are permitted to cross a roadway to the other side by the most direct route. Children cannot drive any vehicle on a roadway/street unless properly license regardless of age.

3. Can I pay my traffic citation online?

Mecklenburg County has a new traffic ticket resolution center which can be accessed at http://mecktraffictickets.mecklenburgcountync.gov. You must log in to pay your ticket at least 14 days prior to your court date. If you have a ticket that has more than one charge on it, you may NOT use this online service. You will need your citation in front of you when you access the site for payment. Click here to be directed to the site.

4. How do I contact the police if it's not an emergency?

The Mint Hill Police Department office operates Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. During those hours you may contact 704-545-1085 with any report requests or general inquiries. If you need police assistance and it is not an emergency, you can contact our dispatch directly at 704-889-2231.
